How Can severe Arm Pain Be Treated?

Hello, I am vipan sain from distt. Yamuna nagar. My wife has pain in left arm. What should i do in this matter. The pain is minor but continuous. Suggest me the answer at my email YYYY@YYYY or at my mobile no. 0000,0000. Thanking You.

Hi Vipin..

The arm pain could be originating from the neck..
So kindly suggest your wife...to do the following...

Do lot of icing frequently in the neck and shoulder...
Gently massage the neck in the side of the pain..be more gently while pressing..
Gently stretch the neck by bending your neck forwards.... sideways... and in midway between shoulder and nose line...after these three stretches...apply ice.
Advise her to support the neck while sleeping...
If you have any low grade Anti inflammatory medication prescribed to you earlier have them for 2 days ..
Avoid lifting weights and forward bending if neck for long time....
Maintain good posture...
